Willow Springs

Genesis

First opened in 1953, Willow Springs International Raceway is America’s oldest permanent road course, and it’s been part of the motorsport scene in southern California ever since. Singer is part of the new ownership group with Crossharbor Capital Partners and key industry leaders. Over the coming years, this iconic track will be reimagined as a world-class motorsport facility for automotive enthusiasts.

Reimagination

The new ownership group sees public access as a key aspect of Willow Springs’ success, and the raceway will continue to host both public and private events.  Existing tracks, including all three road courses, will remain open to the public and undergo enhancements to improve safety.

Singer at Willow Springs

In addition to being an owner, Singer will partner with CrossHarbor to create its first private member’s club. Membership will be open to Singer’s clients as well as other like-minded enthusiasts upon application and will enable drivers to bring their vehicles for track days and related experiences.

The Road Ahead

The process of bringing Willow Springs up to the required standard will commence with a focus on track and safety improvements, including adding more asphalt and curbs and enhancing run-off areas with leveling and gravel.

From here, Willow Springs International Raceway will continue on its growth path, supporting enthusiasts with track day reservations, car storage, fully equipped servicing facilities, and other attractions still to be announced. Simultaneously, the campus will grow to support a technological ecosystem for race teams and manufacturers to conduct development and testing.
